The materium is a very large place and is sprinkled here and there with... material. This material is in constant change, twirling to and fro as energy escapes it. The ensuing turmoil constantly spawns tornadoes and sometimes: life. Tornadoes always look like an asshole, but Life Varies in their form, depending on their environment. It always starts as an uncomplicated single celled transcription machine. Over time these simple machines, begin to gain memory and adapt themselves to the regular patterns that assault their being. And so they begin to make *sense* of the world and reach for meaning in it.(by sensing it duh.)

This constant adaptation to environmental conditions, coupled with memory brings forth a rudimentary system that may be called sentience/feeling. Most life never reaches high levels of psychic potential (Unless they are deliberately designed like the eldar.). Tho in great numbers, meager sentience may affect significantly the warp. These Ghandicus would cause immense amounts of suffering to their own kind to maintain their “zero tolerance” to "directly causing suffering" (paradoxical,oxymoronic). To them it seemed like the “right thing to do.” This is because of the warp, contorting reality. They would work their asses off and give away their valuables their value to other civilisations seeking to "dominate" them (No doubt a sexual fantasy of some kind). Their collective psyche was such that they began using pretty words to describe ugly realities. Furthering the psychic warp that afflicted them. They were no longer, Sensing beings (13:25 -13:55). They where senseless beings.(Not even recognising the SIMPLE concept of “tit for tat.” = “for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.” ) No longer did material reality and overt suffering inform their reasoning. Instead they pathologically guided by the image projected by their collective psychic rot on the immaterium. Pissing on each other, thinking is raining.
They created the “super happy ray” , rainbow flags and various methods to mind control their enemies and themselves. Just as Farseer *Orwell foretold 1984* times in his visions.
Eventually they evolved to a point where they could treason their kind and seem righteous to themselves in the process. (Am sure Hitler has a sob story too.) Fully completing their typical cycle of thermal decay.
